This week’s pattern has five very different styles of roses but all recognizable as roses.
The one on the bottom left looks very much like the Wild Alberta Rose. While it grows all across Canada it is Alberta’s provincial flower. The flowers are so fragrant and I can remember picking them to give to my mother when I was a little girl. Though as with most roses, you do have to be careful of the thorns.
This pattern is available as a pdf to download here.
