Well… before I get to the fabrics, I want to apologize for a post notification/newsletter that went out late yesterday afternoon. I was cleaning up old posts and fixing broken links, etc to get the blog ready for our son to install the pretty new theme when I hit the wrong button.
I did have someone unsubscribe because of that, so I hope that you will all forgive my mistake. I’ll try my best to make sure it doesn’t happen again as I go through the archives bringing them up-to-date.
And now it’s time to show you that fabric!
Aren’t they pretty!
I received this fat eighth bundle from my sponsor for the In Our Garden BOM Blog Hop. They are from the Sun Print 2016 line of fabric by Alison Glass for Andover.
They look so bright and colorful against the snow but I’m sure they’ll look even better in my June blocks!
Speaking of the Blog Hop… have any of you had the chance to go check out March’s blocks?
Carol over at Just Let Me Quilt has Blocks 3 & 4 up on her blog today. I love the bright, colorful fabrics she’s used for both her blocks.
The appliqued block Carol designed is just such fun. It has a bird, some flowers and there’s even an adorable worm!
Go check it out. You’ll see what I mean!
And don’t forget to enter to win the $25 gift certificate from Fat Quarter Shop while you’re there!

March 2, 2016 10:12 pmActually when I started reading the post, I was really impressed! Wow, here it is the first of March and she is sending off her Christmas presents! Now that is really being on top of things! Of course, when I clicked I realized that something was a kilter and it put a smile on my face. Whew, she really hasn’t mailed the first gifts of this year!
Fabric is really pretty!

March 1, 2016 8:33 pmI love the sun print fabrics!! I saw them in a shop and had to hold myself back from buying them. I am trying to be good and not buy more fabric until I clear my shelves of what I have, at least a little bit. I was so tempted!! I can’t wait to see what you make with them!
